By ordering from Sew Sian you are supporting a small independent business and we are truly grateful for every order we receive. Most of our items are made to order, but we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days of processing the payment. Once your order has been posted, we will contact you to let you know it’s on its way to you.
Orders will be shipped within the UK FREE of charge using Royal Mail service.
We currently only ship items to the UK, but can ship elsewhere by individual arrangement, so please contact us to discuss this at firstname.lastname@example.org.

If for any reason there is a mistake with the personalisation or there is a faulty product, we will ensure that the mistake is resolved.
We can only offer a refund on items within 14 days of you receiving your order. If it has been longer than 14 days, then I’m afraid we will be unable to offer you a refund. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in a condition that is suitable for resale, unless faulty. You should return the items in their original packaging. You are liable for the cost of the returns postage and the goods are your responsibility until we received by us so please make sure you use appropriate postage. Please include a copy of the dispatch note, with the reason for your return, so we know who you are and can refund you promptly.
